PURPOSE
**FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE** Full-time Senior HVAC Service Technician with commercial and residential service, installation, and electrical experience to serve the Westchester, County, NY area.
$37-$45 per hour
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will…
- Lead projects and oversee a crew of technicians on installs and servicing HVAC systems.
- Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety using software and technology to diagnose and repair units or systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to increase longevity and maintain operation.
- Perform residential installs including mini-splits; knowledge of VRF installation, wiring, zoning, and controls experience.
- Clean, adjust, and repair systems; perform warranty services.
- Solve mechanical, electronic, or electrical problems involved in the operation of testing equipment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records; complete necessary paperwork.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure timely responsiveness.
- Ensure a safe professional work area; keep physical job site organized and clean.
- Keep detailed inventory of company-issued parts and tools.
MUST-HAVES
You have…
- 5+ more years of HVAC service and maintenance experience
- EPA certified
- Friendly demeanor, client-focused mindset.
- Basic tools set (custom tools will be provided)
- Reliable transportation and a clean driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to successfully pass the pre-screening process including drug and alcohol tests, criminal, employer and driving background checks
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Work in all types of weather and environments indoors and outdoor
- Work in high places and confined spaces
- Wear safety gear and follow all safety guidelines
- Climb, balance, squat, kneel and crouch
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally and able to push/pull
