We are seeking a professional, innovative, and goal-oriented Territory Sales Manager to provide solutions to homeowners within the Westchester County Area for our flourishing HVAC division. *Competitive Base pay + Commission
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general industry knowledge
- Master and enhance sales process; drive improvements to labor and material usage to improve gross margins
- Conduct site surveys and routine employee evaluations/reviews while coaching on best practices; provide training as needed
- Provide support and accountability for each sales team member in achieving weekly, monthly and annual objectives for proposals submitted and sales closed
- Prepare estimates and develop proposals for equipment, materials, projects, and services based on preliminary site review with customers
- Ensure the development of new business and demonstrates the various channels in the market
- Conduct post-sale-follow-ups with customers to ensure all sales agreements have been accomplished and customers are satisfied with all aspects of the transaction
- Adhere with all company safety policies, procedures and remain compliant with workplace safety issues; assure a safe work environment
MUST-HAVES
- A high level of professionalism, business ethics, and exceptional customer service
- 5+ more years of HVAC service experience
- Reliable car and valid drivers license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexible schedule with the ability to travel
- Ability to successfully pass the pre-screening process including drug test, physical, and criminal, employer, and driving background checks.
