Range: $30 – $40 Hour

- 4+ years of HVAC Installing Residential domestic units
- Boiler experience is a must
- Troubleshooting units
- Customer service, ability to explain issues to owners
- Skills to teach newer technicians systems to be installed
Lead Technician Role:
- We are looking for a tech that can work independently in a vehicle performing repairs, tune-ups, and installation of both cooling and heating systems including boilers.
- Professional image
- Good communication skills
Required for hiring:
- Valid driver’s license, and approved to drive by Company’s insurance carrier.
- EPA Certified
- HVAC Certification
- Current drivers license
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Trade School with HVAC focus
