ALTECH provided inspectors to inspect LRVs on a daily basis, writing reports and detailing corrective action. Operations were 24/7/365; therefore all personnel was recruited with the stipulation that any team member may be rescheduled to a different shift every 6-months. It was important to convey all of the expectations to each and every hire thereby minimizing turnover and maximizing employee satisfaction.
